College Counseling Services

We help students plan applications, build a timeline, and make thoughtful decisions about fit. Our approach is personalized, practical, and designed to reduce stress while improving outcomes.

We Support Every Post-Secondary Goal

Not every student is aiming for a four-year university, and that is completely okay. We work across the full spectrum of goals, from Ivy League and top 30 schools to all of the alternative options, including the following:

What matters is finding the right fit for each student's specific aspirations, timeline, and circumstances. Whether your student wants to stay local, transfer later, enter a professional program, or compete for the most selective schools in the country, we build a plan around that goal and take it seriously.

Admissions Timeline & Strategy Roadmap

Week 0 • Before We Begin

Washington Guaranteed Admissions Check

Before building a strategy, we check whether a student already qualifies for guaranteed admission in Washington. Students who achieve at least a 3.0 GPA and complete the College Academic Distribution Requirements (CADRs) are assured admission to the following schools:

  • Washington State University (WSU)
  • Western Washington University (WWU)
  • Central Washington University (CWU)
  • Eastern Washington University (EWU)
  • The Evergreen State College
  • University of Washington Tacoma (UWT)

No separate application is necessary. We do encourage families to confirm eligibility directly with their school counselor.
