What This Role Does

The Area Director is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and quality of tutoring operations across multiple regions. This role blends leadership, business development, and hands-on operational oversight, managing a team of tutors and center staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality instruction, and driving enrollment and retention goals. The Area Director builds relationships with families, schools, and community partners to grow the company's presence in the area, while also managing budgets, staffing, and day-to-day center operations.
