What This Role Does
Our Instructors deliver engaging, personalized instruction that helps students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. This role involves teaching individual or small-group sessions, with small groups drawn from the same family or the same class, adapting lesson plans to fit each student's learning style and pace, and tracking progress over time. Instructors play a key role in the student experience, creating a supportive, encouraging environment while holding students accountable for growth and effort. They will be your direct, day-to-day point of contact.
