Lead Instructors

What This Role Does

Our Lead Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging instruction while also serving as a mentor and quality-control resource for other tutors on the team. This role combines strong subject-matter expertise with leadership, modeling best teaching practices, supporting curriculum consistency, and helping less experienced instructors grow in their craft. The Lead Instructor works directly with students to track academic progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs, while also collaborating with center management to uphold instructional standards across the team through deploying periodic checkpoint assessments.
