What This Role Does

Our Senior College Consultants guide students and families through every stage of the college admissions journey, from early exploration to final decision-making. This role combines deep expertise in admissions strategy with strong mentorship skills, helping students identify best-fit schools, build compelling applications, craft standout essays, and navigate financial aid and scholarship opportunities. As a senior member of the team, this consultant also plays a leadership role, refining internal best practices and serving as a trusted expert voice for families with complex or highly competitive admissions goals. They may be directly involved in reviewing school choice lists as well as scholarship and financial aid needs.
