What This Role Does

Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) serve as the go-to authority for a specific academic subject or complex matters in the math and science fields or test area, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and rigor of the company's instructional content and teaching approach. This role involves developing and reviewing curriculum, creating high-quality practice materials, and providing guidance to instructors on how to effectively teach challenging concepts within their area of expertise. The SME stays current on subject-specific standards, exam formats, and best practices, acting as an internal resource for training, content quality assurance, and troubleshooting difficult student questions. They may also be involved in direct teaching for complex matters or test-preparation needs.
